What are your studio hours?↓
Studio hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM, and Saturday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 AM.
What services do you offer?↓
We offer Music Videos, Commercials & Brand work, Full Production, and CYC Wall Rental. If you need a custom package, studio management can build one around your project.
How do deposits and booking holds work?↓
Checkout holds your slot for 5 minutes while payment is in progress. The current deposit is $100.00, the cleaning fee is $10.00, and HST is 13%.
What is the minimum booking?↓
The minimum CYC Wall booking is 2 hours at $100.00 per hour. That includes access to the infinity wall and the standard full lighting setup.
What is included in a booking?↓
Every booking includes the infinity wall, the standard full lighting setup, and flexible booking options. Add-ons like additional lighting, fog machines, and crew support can be added as needed.
What payment methods do you accept?↓
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and E-Transfer. You choose your preferred method during checkout.
Can I bring my own crew?↓
Yes. You can book just the CYC Wall and bring your own crew, or book a full production and add support such as a director, producer, cinematographer, gaffer, or hair and makeup.
How do I check availability?↓
Use the Book section on the website to choose your date and time during studio hours. If you need a custom schedule or package, studio management can help directly.
What formats do you deliver?↓
We deliver in all standard formats: ProRes, DNxHD, H.264, and more. Raw footage is available upon request.
How long does production take?↓
Timeline varies by project scope. Typical turnaround is 2-4 weeks from shoot to final delivery, with rush options available when schedule allows.
Do you offer color grading?↓
Yes. All projects include professional color grading and sound design. VFX and animation can be added separately.
Do you handle licensing and permits?↓
We manage necessary permits for location shoots. Clients remain responsible for music licensing unless otherwise arranged.
What's your revision policy?↓
We include 2 rounds of revisions in standard packages. Additional revisions are billed at $150/hour.
